This essay has been taken from a wider work of editing of F. Truchado’s text Honesto y agradable entretenimento de damas y galanes and it investigates the translation of the tales closing riddles. The study aims to demonstrate that Truchado didn’t translate those compositions, but he just took inspiration from unknown sources.
